1.Valve testing equipment Technical performance and feature
1.1 It's mostly suitable for the seal pressure of the flange straight connection valve and performance test
of the valve body strength pressure; The packing method adopts the flange terminal seal, holds the
press claw clamp and carries out the working test to the valve flange reverse side.The test result has
no the influence of outside force, fully meet the GB/T 13927-2008, JB/T 9092-99, the API 598 requirements.
1.2 The valve can turn 90° working during testing, especially suitable for air-tightness.
1.3 The system equips with the high and low pressure water pump device to be used for the test medium circulation storage.
1.4 The pressure trial medium is water, air and kerosene that can be selected freely by users.
1.5 During the course of pressure protection of water or air test, any button can not work under the
condition of which the tested valve cavity has high pressure, it can work normaly until leaking the
pressure to no pressure (make sure safety while working).
1.6 The test bench is equipped with an automatic oil pressure discharge system. As it is used,
a high pressure condition and pressure discharge condition can be changed over to effectively
reduce the oil temperature, elongate life of the test bench and save energy.
1.7 It sets the pressure trial safe protective device.
